"I’ll admit, I really liked the look…"
I’ll admit, I really liked the look of a few things on The Forest & Co, but once I saw the final total with delivery added, it felt steep for what you actually get. Nothing was awful, but I expected better quality or overall value at that price point. I did raise it with customer service because I felt the cost didn’t really match the experience, but it didn’t change much. Maybe I’d consider ordering again if there was a decent sale, but at full price, it’s hard to justify.

"Decent overall, but a little frustrating to use"
The website works okay for the most part, but I felt a bit annoyed trying to find certain items because it took longer than I expected. A few pages also loaded slower than I’d like, which made the whole experience feel less smooth. It’s not a terrible site by any means, but it left me feeling like it could be a lot easier and less frustrating to use.

They look decent enough, but after wearing them for a few hours my feet started feeling stiff and uncomfortable. I thought about reaching out to customer service, but I don’t have much faith they’d do anything helpful, so I’m just calling it a lesson learned.

"Sizing was really off"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was strange. It was tight in the chest and then loose almost everywhere else, which was frustrating. The return process wasn’t exactly smooth either. I appreciate the option to return it, but I don’t think I’d buy clothes from here again.

"Pretty happy overall"
I ordered these after going back and forth for a bit, mostly because I wasn’t sure if they’d look the same in person as they did online. They actually do look like the photos, and they feel sturdy and well made when you have them in hand. I did notice one tiny finish detail that wasn’t totally perfect, but it’s not something that would make me return them. Overall, I’m still happy with the purchase.

Had to return something. expected it to be a whole thing, but it wasn’t. Started the return, sent it back, and that was pretty much it. Refund showed up quicker than I thought too. No hassle, no back and forth. Just easy.

"Pretty good selection overall"
In my experience, they had most of what I was looking for in stock, which was a nice surprise. One thing I wanted was sold out, but I found a few decent alternatives, so it wasn’t a big deal. The site felt easy enough to use, and I didn’t run into any major issues. I’d probably check back again.

I picked up something from The Forest & Co for my sister, and it looked really nice. The whole idea felt thoughtful and cute, so I can definitely see it working well as a gift
The only thing is that it felt a bit more specific than I expected. Some of the items seem like a better fit for someone who already likes that kind of style, so it was nice, just not the safest pick for absolutely everyone

"Polite support, but a bit slow"
I had to reach out to theforestandco.com about my order, and the response took longer than I’m used to compared with other online shops I’ve dealt with. They did get back to me eventually and were polite, but I had to send a follow-up first. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not the quickest. Overall, it was okay, but I do think they could be a little more responsive.

"Really liked the personal touch"
I order a personalized piece and it came out really nice, honestly. The options was easy to pick from and I liked that I could make it feel more like an actual gift. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. I would order again for birthdays or Christmas

The packaging felt way more wasteful than I expected, and the sustainability info was so vague it basically answered nothing. I’m absolutely not convinced by their green claims.

The site looks decent at first, but it feels messy once you start browsing around. Some parts seem cluttered, and a few design choices feel unfinished or not fully thought out. Also, the reminders are way too aggressive, I don’t need to be nudged constantly while I’m just trying to look around.
